This is the long awaited greatest hits compilation from his 4 1970 solo LPs, many songs of which are for the first time being released on CD. Includes all the hits, such as LONELY BOY and THANK YOU FOR BEING A FRIEND (later used as THE GOLDEN GIRLS tV theme) and NEVER LET HER SLIP AWAY, among others. Of special interest is the release of THE FINAL FRONTIER, the theme from MAD ABOUT YOU. The song was written by PAUL REISER and DON WAS and is performed by Andrew each week on the show, now alternating with a new version by Anita Baker. This album also includes 2 new songs, THE KING OF SHOWBIZ and CAN ANYBODY SEE YOU, which also appear on andrews new solo album, SINCE 1951.
