"This was Wax's final album in 1989. The title was my idea. It was how much the album cost. A trifling play on words. Somehow, we used this silly cover, and although pretty interesting, I still have no idea how it ties into the title.... The album has some very interesting songs, and may I draw your attention to the end track Credit Where Credit's Due, which is sort of an "underature"..the album credits rapped by Mr. Magic BO."
